Passion to succeed
All of our coaches are passionate about what they do and go through a
rigorous interview process followed by an induction at the Vi Academy.
In addition, they take part in a mentoring scheme with a Vi Master Coach
before connecting with any of our clients and regularly attend Team
days to share experiences, new concepts and observe each other coaching.
They receive regular appraisals and are measured against specific
coaching competencies and our vision and values to ensure you receive
the best coaching experience. It is vital to us that whoever you work
with is a true advocate of the unique Outside In/ Inside Out approach.

As a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Vi ensures that ALL of its coaches work to the
ICF Code of Ethics ensuring that our work with you adheres to a strict code of practice and ethical behaviour. Engaging with us means your experience will be high quality, professional and ethically sound.
