Vi International are very proud to announce that our Master Coach Gail MacIndoe has been short listed for the Mentor of the Year Award at the Women Of The Future Awards 2008 sponsored by Aviva & Barclays amongst others.

These awards were created to promote the women of tomorrow, encourage the creation of role models and celebrate the importance of mentoring.

Since joining Vi in January this year Gail has made a significant impact to our organisation by delivering Strengths coaching programmes, developing Mentoring programmes and networks and is currently having articles published by Surrey Leadership Academy (University of Surrey).
