Redrock Consulting provides enterprise wide human capital solutions to the IT and Telecommunications sector.  They hired Vi International to help their business undertake an organisational change project. The remit was to build a set of processes to govern their recruitment, training and performance management capability and then to train their management to roll these out and to manage going forward.
